Slon Workshop Please Respond

@slonik please respond to the group buy for brakes. We all would prefer to receive the brake parts we have paid for. If that is not possible, we need a refund.

At the moment you hold full payment from each buyer and have not been on the forums in roughly 4 weeks. There has been no other form of communication.

I would imagine at minimum your reputation as a seller to the bmw community is at risk here. Please step up and deliver on the transaction.

I just heard from Slonik via email. Will hopefully have a positive resolution.

I got a whatsapp message from him saying the stuff should be done end of this week.

Yeah its turning bleak I havent heard from him in a while...

Ive emailed him hopefully we can get a response soon, its not like him to go quite for this long without responding

I've found that if Slonik goes inactive for a period of time, so do his posts but return when he does.

Mods have locked his for sale threads which is the first step in banning him from the forums if he screws us. We are all just waiting at this point. Worst case PayPal claws the money back through our open disputes. Preferred resolution is we get the parts. As annoyed as I am to wait, I'm not worried about losing an money in this.

I'm keeping an eye on this. Hope you guys get a resolution.

I've been wanting to buy the DCT side cover from him as I already have his oil pan. I'll be holding off purchase until he can resolve his back orders.

A little sad what's happening. Slonik was providing much needed parts for the community and was delivering them. Hopefully this is a short term hiccup.

I got my DCT pan from him and was a pleasure to deal with and very happy with the product.

I suggest messaging him through that method if you'd like an update.
Apparently he is on vacation and is returning back to his shop this week.
Based on his response the parts should be shipping out within the next week or so.

Hope you guys get a happy resolution. His parts are of the highest quality so at least theres that! He did me right

All that was needed was to spend 60 seconds on the forum and state guys im on vacation i'll update you when i return?

I agree his products are of a very high standard, and unfortunately he gets very busy but 14 weeks of waiting with no info I'm getting over it...

I sincerely hope he does deliver shortly so the mods can unlock his pages and to continue to supply his uber sexy parts

I hope that everything gets resolved, I want to purchase a front BBK set for my E90.

I have now escalated my dispute to a claim with Paypal and I expect a refund will be issued shortly. It has been 9 weeks since payment, which is 3x the estimated ship time. The communication has been horrible/non existent.

If on the off chance my parts were ever fabricated and Slonik wants to sell them to me I will offer to buy them at a further discounted price. Until then I'll gladly hold the money in my hands or spend it elsewhere. And by the way I would be surprised if any of the parts have yet been fabricated. Based on the facts I have it appears Slonik went on a nice vacation with the thousands of dollars we all paid him up front. That is complete BS and I hope this experience that has impacted all participants in the group buy is used as an example to other sellers and vendors.

I have tried to contact slon since August 9th and no answer, Even if your on vacation it’s not to hard to give a quick answer, not the way to do business.

Hey I hate to thread jack you guys I have been waiting for months as well but on a dct pan and side cover. I have tried pm here and Facebook messenger and his email but no response. What other contact do you guys have for him? I even tried translating from English to Russian to help the communication between us still nothing.

Plug his phone number from his website into whatsapp
