To my understanding everyone wants their kit but can’t get any info on anything about it even after each person has paid. That’s my dilemma at least I want it but still no response for me.

After the long wait, I think we all want our kits.

(That's if it really shows up to my doorstep)

He said mine shipped! Hopefully that’s true. He also said that he will send the tracking number out tonight. Supposedly it came back to him for whatever reason. I do have my PayPal address set to my home address but in the instructions I have it set to be shipped to the shop where my car is located. I hope maybe that’s all that was wrong. I’ll wait to see if the tracking number works and hopefully something shows up.

Guess he makes quick work! I text the owner of the shop and told him what Slonik said and replied back with the bottom pan showed up today! Waiting on side pan. Hopefully him being back at the shop mean quick shipments for everyone

While some have heard from Slonik, I have not despite my daily WhatsApp messages. Hoping for ANY kind of update on my kit tomorrow.

I messaged him on Whatsapp, I'll update you guys if I hear back. Please do the same if you got a tracking number.

I've received two DCT pans from slonik in the past. His communication isn't very good but so far he's always come through.

Given the quality of his stuff I give him a wide margin of benefit of the doubt.

This group has +/- $20k in his hand. I'd say our benefit of the doubt can't get much wider!

I would be incredibly surprised to see someone that pays as much attention to building us strange new goodies like brake adapters that work for the E9X or the F8X with a spacer or the only DCT pan on the planet that really makes a difference just disappear and steal people's money

I'm pretty confident you guys will get your goodies

I agree! And there's no risk of us losing our money since we paid via PayPal. Only risk is not getting the parts, which would suck!

I hope slonik sticks around for a long time, his attention to detail is really impressive and he seems to love this platform as much as the rest of us

I hope we get our parts and I hope Slonik learns and improves from this process. We can't have this kind of crap going on within our communities or it starts to detract from the reliability of the forum.

It has already happened in the past, during the GB I was part of... it's a shame but he is a one man shop

Better communication would really be great

one of the Australian 1M owners contacted slonik by email for a quote for a BBK, he received a reply back stating 4-5 weeks.

Hopefully this means things are back up and running?

Based on Slonik profile, he was online 9/17/19. Yet he chose not to reply to any of these comments.

I recently ordered a complete set of Stoptech BBK for my e90m3. I ordered them 5 weeks ago from a highly reputable company. In the 5 weeks i received NO communication about my order, not even a shipping notification. Rite when i hit 5 weeks the brakes showed up at my door. Now Stoptech is a HUGE company, AND they are located in the same state as me, yet they still managed to take 5 weeks with NO communication.

Did i freak out? no.
Did i trust the company to deliver? yes.
Did they deliver? yes.

i understand there is some anxiety associated with a foreign seller who is taking longer than anticipated with no good communication, but damn. If i was Slonik, i mite think twice before offering any new products to this community, which would be a shame since as stated before his products are top notch and innovative.

As i stated in another thread, i have ordered the previous 3 products he has offered, all of which took a long time to receive, but they arrived eventually and i wasn't mad. I was still happy that somebody even bothered to offer these parts to us way over here. But oh well, keep making more threads about how you waiting too long for something that was offered AT A DISCOUNT... there is an old saying, you get what you pay for. Maybe if you had paid full price you would have received your parts earlier separate from the GroupBuy, i mean you wanted a discount, something has to give. In this case is was production time!
