Installed an Arma speed intake - fitment sucked! Had to trim the radiator surround, plastic near the top of the filter and the carbon parts.
(For the life of me I can’t get the photo the right way up:lol:)

Left the office just after 5 before the curfew (riots), and just my luck had a fully flat right rear tire. NOTHING was open near me, so I for the first time pulled out that BMW tire inflator in the trunk, damn that thing is legit... never knew it was there. Was able to pump up it up, and fly 20 miles to another city with a discount tire. Got a plug, but found out the rears are toast (PS 3 a/s).. they offered me a deal on two new P4Ss on the rear for $250 each..idk why. Since my fronts are fine for now, would it be dumb to have 4S on rear, and PS 3 A/S on front until they go out? probably a dumb question, I know nothing about tires
Price sounds good. Have them do you a set for $900!

I'm on the fence about these paint matched grills. Didn't pop like I expected it to.

They took 1hr 15 minutes to put on in total, complete pain in the arse to get the originals out.

Looks so much better though. How did you end up getting them out?

I'm thinking about the same mod.
Pliers are the only way to get them out.

You should expect some small variances with the carbon fiber that require some trimming with a dremel. At least that's my experience with a ton of CF parts.

I've never heard of this intake on here for now 2 years...it looks good.. but the airbox size and shape looks smaller? any reviews of performance/sound. I'm not in the market just curious.

Summer in back and all season in front isn’t ideal at all
Yeah I'm going to cancel this shit, the guy was totally lying to me about shit then, but at the time, I was fine with it since I was getting a free tire repair and needed to leave the area before it got crazy. But tire sales people are worse than car salesmen....

He was totally making shit up.. and I knew it, but didn't call it out.

What he literally told me was: "They are discontinuing the PS AS3+ and have replaced it with the PS 4S." I said really, I thought that was a summer tire, and he said "they are the same but this is newer" I then asked how much, he said $875 for 2 rear. Then, I said can I get a price on the AS3+, since they aren't discontinued yet, he said oh those are $550 installed. I said I'll do that so I have the same tires since my fronts are good. He walked back to the manager, came back and said, well how about the PS4S for $550 installed and warranty.

WTF is this shit?
Finally pulled her out of storage and gave her a fresh oil change before embarking on an aimless joy ride for a few hours. My God, I have sorely missed this car.

$875 for two rears sounded ridiculous. Are these guys getting commission for everything over the actual price lol? Definitely check your prices online whatever you do. I don't even see how they can quote that kind of price, since the pricing is clearly listed on the Discount Tire website.
after swapping the suspension, the pull to right gets worse and actually need to be fixed now. l kinda brainstorming where to look before sending it to a shop

When I replaced mine I used this guide. Just get some sticky tape, give it a good yank and it will pop out.

Well it's time to finally get a dashcam. Someone's been messing with my car. Two days in a row my passenger side mirror glass has been pushed in.

I don't know why people have such a hard fucking time keeping their hands to themselves. I'm sure they would very much appreciate it if I started messing around with their belongings.

My painted reflectors package also got delayed.

"An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery."
Just washed mine last night and used carpro spotless water spot remover to get the water spots out of my ceramic coating
Well, this new jack still isn't long enough to reach the engine jack point :( But at least it's much easier to use and lifts upto 2ft so that's a win overall.

Don't bother with dashcam if you want to monitor the side of your car. Most camera angle is not wide enough to see the side mirrors when mounted. Unless you purposely mount them to see just the side or you get one that does 360 view. Also make sure you leave the sound on.

My friend's got side swiped while parked on the street. Even though his dashcam caught the car that hit him from both the rear and front cam, along with the license plate and that you could clearly see his car shook at impact. ICBC still said there is not evidence to prove it was that car because there was no sound recorded. If it is a pedestrian or cyclist that hit your car then even with dashcam and all won't matter. You'll still have to pay the deductible until they find that person.

I've been using dashcam on my cars for over 4 years and it only proved useful twice. Once I got pulled over and the cop accused me of running the stop sign. I disputed it and showed the dashcam footage where it showed I came to a full stop for a full +second. Without the dashcam it would have been my word against the cop. 110% of the time the Judge will side with the cop. The second time I used cam footage to snitch on a car that blew a late yellow light and t-boned someone then took off. I sent the footage to ICBC and later they sent me a letter thanking me for my help and how the footage helped them settle that claim fairly. Didn't say much else. So they probably found a way to screw both cars in that case

I'm not sure there is any that's actually long enough. I recently picked up a totally different jack but it was also extended reach and low profile and it still a few inches shorter than what would be ideal. It works fine with the ramps I made but also not 100% ideal.
I found the unicorn on a local seller site here in Germany. The piece is used and was not in good visual condition but I decided to buy it anyway. It was one of two I found in all of Europe or USA. The other one was double the price and wanted way much money for shipping. I paid 60 dollars for this one and it was free shipping. I cleaned it and got the odor out as much as I can. I will be using it for my first aid kit, along with my fire extinguisher. I have the coupe and it fit perfectly. So far, I am happy with it.

Pliers might scratch. This method may be less detrimental. Also, once you get it out, be sure to tape the electrical wire off so it doesn't fall into the body panel. If it does, god speed.
