I got too many rock chips to do any detailing lol.
Any recommendations on paintless door ding repair. I have one tiny ding that needs to be pulled. 1/2 inch if not smaller.

That's probably me. If you are referring to sparkling graphite and not space grey. I live in San Ramon and make my rounds to Dublin.

Sorry meant Space Grey (at least it didn’t look to be Sparkling Graphite), also had white headlight rings and blacked out housings. Hope I see your car around, never seen Sparkling Graphite in person - looks similar to Mineral Grey. Gave the driver a thumbs up, so if you were driving on 680 today and remember getting a thumbs up from an MGM M4, then it was you!

Wasn't me. Lol I'll have to keep an eye out as I haven't run into any M3s locally.
Hi there! Just came across this sub-forum. Would love to join any new meets planned in 2023. Any way I can subscribe to this forum for messages?
spotted a lowered black e92 m3 earlier this morning on 101 north near the airport exit. Had gt4 front lip, gts-v rear diffuser, gts rear wing, black wheels.
VENUMM3 license plate?

Not personally but I have heard good things. They hosted a car show a year ago that I went to. It was awesome.

Check teh L.A. subforum, this is the bay area one.
Hello. New member here. Previously had a E46 way back in the '90s and then switched to Porsches. Now looking to be back to BMWs (yes, it can go both ways lol). If anyone can give me purchase advice (besides RB and TA) would be appreciated. I was searching through FB marketplace, and gee, you just have to do due diligence. Found salvage title from east coast being sold here (twice) and a license plate that actually belongs to a VW diesel. Btw, I live in the north bay

The used market for these is getting pretty wild lol!

My advice: recorded service history is more important than odometer reading. IMO it's so so worth it to pay a premium for a good condition one with well-documented service history. Plus, talking with the owner about HOW they drove it.

Check out the classified here on this forum. Forum members seem to treat these better than kids on FB marketplace.

Or, if your budget allows, any of the e9Xs listed on Enthusiast Auto Group are going to be in stellar condition. Worry-free purchase but you pay a premium.

As a last resort there are one or two Bay Area-focused facebook pages that have clean e9Xs pop up for sale once in a while.

AND ALWAYS GET A PPI

check out @burlingame_carsandcoffee on insta for more info if you're interested.
You folks still driving/showing your cars? I'd love to see some e9x at the local coffee and cars. I'm rolling a 2002 but am trying to acquire an M car.
Yeah we're out here and there. I'll post here when I hear of some.

Started remodeling my house so probably not much from mee in the next few months lol.
