We all know there's only 1200 2011 E90 ZCP M3s in North America. This thread is dedicated to the buy, sale, trade, and trend analysis.

For starts, EAG just sold an e90 ZCP 6MT w/ 47k miles. Price unlisted.

http://enthusiastauto.com/qsearch/?id=5866&form_display=51

Where do prices and opportunities come to buy one from here?
The ask on that EAG car was $45k, I suspect they got close to that.

There are opportunities that pop up but it will really depend on the condition and build you’re willing to pay.

I paid $38k for my car. ($39,500 but I sold the aftermarket exhaust for $1500). 2011 IG DCT ZCP, 52k Miles which was basically fully loaded except sunshades and satellite radio. That included extended leather which was a big plus for me.

Car was in very good shape, but no preventative maintenance done. New tires, brakes and oil but that was it.
I'll be watching this thread. I have one and am toying with selling...
I have one as well- with 62k miles. Great condition in Jerez Black w/Silverstone. Will be watching this thread!
I got my loaded ZCP and DCT last year at 63k miles for 27k. It was really mint condition and I was very lucky to find it when I did. It's my DD and I'm now at 71k miles but based on what I'm seeing with other listings this could be listed for 30-32k at least. I've done my rod bearings and plan to keep this car for life.

The median price sure seems to be holding steady at $35K+/- for the last 3+ years. Adjust up or down from there based on spec and above/below average miles/condition.
bought my Interlagos Blue e90 m3 zcp dct slicktop with 75k miles for $30k from a forum member (he owned for last 50k miles). Buying from a forum member to me was a perk because I could check post history and at least I wasn't dealing with a shady business that knew nothing of the car's history. Was hoping to find one with more like 50-60k miles. Car didn't come with zcp wheels but the Apex wheels in gun metal was something I wanted to do anyway, though in a different size.

Recent maintenance to car before I bought it
  • New BE Rod Bearings with ARP bolts
  • New Motor Mounts
  • New Value Cover Gaskets, Spark Plug Tubes, and Bolts
  • New DCT Fluid, Bottom Pan Gasket, Mechatronic Gasket, Main and Suction
  • New Brake Fluid
  • New Rear Differential Fluid
  • New Spark Plugs
  • New Oil & Filter Change
  • New Engine Air Filter
  • New Cabin Air Filters
  • New Jack Pads
  • Airbag Recall Done
  • Blower Motor Recall Done

Mods by previous owner in car at time of purchase
  • Mode Carbon Fiber Front Splitter
  • Delrin & Brass Throttle Actuator Gears
  • ESS Tune
  • Euro MDM
  • APEX EC7 19 x 10 Front and 19 x 10.5 Rear Wheels
  • Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position 255/35 Front and 285/30 Rear Tires
  • APEX 90mm Wheel Studs
  • Bimmerworld Precision Front Upper Control Arm Bearing Kit
  • Powerflex Purple Rear Differential Bushings
  • Turner Motorsports Aluminum Subframe Bushings
  • Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines
  • 1M Power Steering Fluid Reservoir
  • Black Kidney Grills
  • iND Painted Side Marker Reflectors
  • Optima Red Top Battery (Saves 25 lbs)
  • Bimmerworld Optima Battery Mount Kit

Down sides were
  • front lip was cracked, but I didn't want it anyway.
  • The lip was hiding a scratch on the lower passenger side of bumper which I knew about (put OEM splitters on which hide it).
  • PPI showed alignment issue I needed to deal with and uneven tire wear.
  • Bubbling on valve covers.
  • Steering wheel trim has one small blemish, wheel in good condition but not like new matte surface.
  • Interior was good condition palladium silver which isn't as bad as they say on this combo.. but not ideal. seats not heated.
  • Didn't have rear fold seats which was biggest issue with car.
  • Would also have preferred PDC option.
  • very small dent on the roof that I never see unless I go look for it.
  • Scratch on the hood near windshield that can't be paint corrected (lean over passenger side to see it).
  • The car had been tracked and the bumper had plenty of rock chips.

Wanted Interlagos blue and I paid for it. If I had to do it again I would expand my search to non ZCP cars because you can buy the wheels, code the EDC, and code euro MDM anyway. If you upgrade the suspension ZCP option isn't getting you much but resale and rarity.
Great thread- was a breakdown of 1200 units by color/ options ever published? Stats thread doesn't seem to be monitored anymore.

Have an AW/ black & palladium I recently picked up and just curious.

Between the PDF and stat page below you can do some fuzzy math to try and figure out some level of rarity because you can figure out what percent have moonroof or not, transmission choice, color, ZCP and then estimate how rare your combo is. It doesn't have interior color choice though. Black/Palladium is rare though because they didn't offer it long on the e90 and it's not a popular combo.

It's a great looking car...

+late production August 2011

-miles seem a bit high for $60k
With that said,

Mine's an August 2011 build, comp, 6MT, and less than 16k miles. Should I sell for $80k, LOL?!

This dealer is a few towns over (between the CRT E90 in the other thread and these I should really start stealing E90s I wouldn't have to go far) - but I see them regularly post stuff for stupid amounts.

I should pull in and see if he'll offer me $50K for my IG on the spot.
Good thread, will be one to watch...
I need to sell my 2011 M3 zcp w/dct. it has a brand new s65 v8 engine installed by bmw with less than 500 miles on it. Sitting on h&r sport springs but besides that its fully stock. I have babied the thing and am sad that I have to sell it. Remote image: undefinedRemote image: undefined

Yeah, I was just about to say, that price is pretty on par for Lux Sport.

FWIW I'm going to be listing my 2011.75 E90 ZCP 6MT on this forum soon- it's already on CarGurus and Autotrader. Let's see what happens!
Not my car but a listing I just found. Some food for thought...

2008 car with little to no mileage on the odometer. Please note this is a Canadian car in CDN $$$.

I personally feel the price is high. I get that it's a low mileage car, but no ZCP and it's an 08, black.

For reference I bought a 2009 Coupe with 29,000 km a couple years ago for 30k CDN $$$. I realize I got a hell of a deal but I don't think this warrants a 15k price difference. There are a number of more desirable cars for sale on the market that are newer, slightly more km, but priced less

That's a lot for that car. Makes my asking price look cheap!
