Swapped out my HREs to get them refinished for a new look before taking the car to the shop for a supercharger install.

Now all 3 of my e92 M3's are there LOL how expected :bellyroll:

Basically swapping the VF650 kit off my 6spd 11' Lemans blue (seen in the back with silver ZCPs) into the Frozen Gray.
what does someone do or need 3 e92 m3's though?

im not judging, i love it. just curious

Is that an MPE?
yep, V2, love the sound but can absolutely understand how it would not be loud enough in a 90/92.

AG-H6-40-RS 40ah battery

1. Install it.
2.Bimmercode code it as 46ah.
3. Bimmerlink registered it as new battery 46ah.
4. Done.
So, have heard about these obviously but never had need to look any further. Went to check this one out, and :confused0068:

Very expensive!!! How much does that one weigh? I am guessing other than longevity weight is the main benefit of getting one of these.
15.45lb. nearly 50lb saving comparing to OEM one.

I guess having options is nice lol. The Frozen Gray is definitely a garage queen and only goes to local meets and photo shoots.

The LeMans is a blast to drive with the 6spd manual trans. Also love this blue!

If that was in reference to my bearings above then we are each entitled to our own opinion of what a bearing should look like, but I am happier not having those in my engine.

On a related note, the change of engine mounts while the bearings were being done has made a very noticeable difference, one of those things that you don't know feels bad until it doesn't. I'm not sure how BMW can justify fitting a mount that completely fails in 40-50k miles.

Recently downsized the fleet. Sold my X5M this past January, and all 3 of my E46 M3's in the last 2 months as well.

Plugs, bearings and mounts at MRF.

Very impressed by the service at MRF, professional, friendly, obvious expertise without being condescending. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Malek is the man. He did the bearings and mounts on mine. I completely agree with you. He's not condescending even when you ask him dumb questions.

Actually looking at yours, according to Malek those dark "stripes" at the edges are actually quite bad, of mine he picked the ones with that signature as the worst, or at least most likely to cause an issue.
Testing my new wheels, I was afraid that being an 18" wheel and 380mm rotor there would be some possible friction. Finally, all Ok! I'm happy :happyanim:
