I will be ordering but have a question.

How much is it to upgrade to stage II down the road. I already have the test pipes, but don't plan on installing till after the winter.

For those in CA, will this tune cause any issues when it is time to smog, even when returning to factory ?

No problems at all. You can revert to stock for smog in 6 minutes and it will pass with flying colors provided everything is working properly with the vehicle. It will take a couple drive cycles to set the monitors ready, and we can provide detailed directions on this.

We provide full step by step directions in our 9 page color manual which details every with pictures. My cell is included on the business card inside the package if you need any assistance. We are also happy to schedule a remote session to take care of it for you remotely.

It's a very easy process from start to finish, 10-15 minutes with a PC (add 5 minutes to this for those getting DCT software as well. We also provide a walkthrough video for those who do not have access to a PC and will be using their MAC. Thank you!

Phil: Most 6MT drivers who want the launch assist feature choose 3,500 RPM. The feature is only active at a complete standstill. There is a video showing it's use and function at the bottom of the product page for the tune. Note that RPM will be limited to the RPM chosen when the vehicle is completely stationary (meaning you won't be able to rev it to 4K when completely stopped- but rolling at .5 MPH the full redline is available).

Got it. It's VT Motorworks, in the Bay Area. If they aren't a dealer then I'll just skip the sticker and box to speed things up.

VT is a dealer, but they do not have current stock. Performance Technic is the closest dealer to them, and I show they have 3 in stock.

Yes we do! We've got some great software for the N55, we tune tons of them on the F Series Models.

You can place your order using that link and just shoot me a message and I will make an internal note it's for an N55. For the N55 E series cars we will send a dealer cable that will need to be returned post flash as the standard tuning cables exclude that model specifically. Thanks!

Our cables are still hung up with FedEx In Indianapolis. We provided all of the customs documentation on Monday. Just called again and they opened a case, so I think they should be landing in the next couple days. As soon as they arrive we will ship. Sorry for the delay! FedEx has been a mess lately.

Got my stage 2 and DCT tunes installed today. Both are outstanding!! Driving dynamics are what I was looking for. I can't believe how much more smoothly the car drives; and how much quicker it feels!

I am interested in purchasing your combox retrofit, as well as your tune. I've been running ESS for almost 10 yrs, but I think it's time for a change!
