Found a somewhat hidden compartment

I knew there was a plastic piece behind the rear seat, where the ski pass goes, but I didn't know you could put things in it. You push the button up top and it opens up. If you don't have a ski bag, it's empty. I know it's in the manual, but it doesn't say anything about having one if you don't have CWP.

You can put your weed in there....

I put my leatherbound owners manual in there. It seems to fit just perfectly.

I am not going to get CWP, will I have the compartment or will I need to get the CWP to get it?

Yeah i found this too when I tore the M3's apart at the autoshow back in January.

Like the poster above me though, I am still confused about which cars get this and which ones don't. Also I am confused about the ski-bag. Are you saying the ski-bag would be in this container if you had one equipped? Guess I should RTFM. Plus, nowhere in the ZCP description does it make a mention of the ski bag being included. And to make things even more confusing, my wifes 335i does not even have this same type of arm-rest and passthrough - its completly different.

So, this comes only in cars without CWP? Only those with split seats? Sedans, Coupes or Verts? Anyone have a definitive answer?
