2009 E92 price check

40k miles
DCT CF roof

RB and TA not done yet.
Minor damage on Carfax (parking lot accident)
Everything else in good condition, all maintenance up to date.

Is 35k a reasonable price?

With just the information provided. I would say $27-30k for the bad car fax and rod bearings. Rod bearing should be replaced soon, I replaced mine at 48k miles, and TA failure will likely not lead to catastrophe if they fail. Fuel breather valves tend fail after 45k as well.

That’s a good price for 40k miles.

I replaced the rod bearings and actuators at 87k on my old 09.

If the car is well maintained, do it.

very reasonable provided it has good history, one owner will petch more
