Has anyone looked at the price of the trsvc module from bmw? On eBay uk
People are asking crazy money. I thought the E84 was meant to be tough to get but that was easy and cheap, I’m struggling with the trsvc!
On the JBE front, I have a july 2008 built E93. My JEB is an H3.

Is there any advantage to changing it to a more recent Master version?
Massive thanks to Sangria for all his help with my camera, combox, cic, tv and CarPlay retrofit.

Can’t think of anyone I’d trust more to know these things inside out.

This man’s coding knowledge is legendary. Any little peculiarities or differences between my car and the online videos showing other people’s cars and he knew what was wrong without googling.

Not found anyone anywhere, let alone in the uk, who just knows how to fix the issues I had. I have no idea what I would have done without the help!

I appreciated alot for the wonderful feedback brother. It means alot to me!
SaNGRia's user avatarSaNGRia , I'd also like to thank you for the information here  Nice work on getting it OE. Although I've not gone the OE route myself, this info has proved very helpful on the coding side especially.

Oh and mine is an E89, to the best of my knowledge it's not been done before in the E89.

Thank you! If you are going with NBT Make sure you hook your TRSVC canbus cables to NBT wiring harness behind the NBT not on OEM Quadlock. My friend just done this NBT Evo swap on his 1M and he got e84 PDC + E70 TRSVC also he got e84 TRSVC. Both is fine. E84 PDC connects to regular canbus on E series but TRSVC has to be on can2

Where did u connect the canbus intertwined cables on NBT for the camera?
For the time being I have connected the cables original to the oem quadlock, as it was desired at the CIC.

Have separated the cables and these directly at the nbt quadlock to CAN_Low pin9(green) and CAN_High pin11 (green/orange).

Trsvc can no longer be read in the combination and the symbols remain gray without image.

Put back to original quadlock and see!

I have done, it comes image, but it disappears as in the video after about 5 seconds.
can it possibly be the trsvc, I need one of F model?

Can as I said also not remove the rear detection and lines, as well as AHK

Interesting. My buddy used E70 TRSVC on NBT using the NBT quadlock and did not have any issue. You sure all the wert numbers right on NBT coding ?

The NBT to code on its own VO is somewhat difficult.
Have now taken a saved F10 model with NBT and rear camera (3AG+ZK1113).

If no picture would be displayed, then you can understand.
Do you think an F-model TRSVC would work with my vehicle too?

Or do you think it is still a coding problem ?

It should work with E series TRSVC. There is no way you can read the F series TRSVC on E series. And other modules like PDC wont communicate with F series which is the most important part of the Camera project.

Something is wrong then in your wiring.
Ordered a new TRSVC from the E70 last night with part number: 66539291386 (last and current generation).

The one from the E84 X1 is too expensive for me personally.

At the CanBus K-Can1 it can not be, And the cables are also properly pinned, otherwise probably no picture would come.

Do you happen to have the part number of the X5 TRSVC where you used then?

Is there a special coding value in the NBT?
Camera_System
TRSVC

Thanks for your answers and help

I am using E84 PDC. But there is no special coding for NBT. Everything is listed on the DIY will do the trick. Wert values the key. As long as modules are in good shape and coded right you should have an active 3AG . You can test the camera module by hooking up to canbus system and see if it responses. If does then you can look for other areas to figure out the issue! Good luck!
Just wanted to share my solution for the TRSVC module :D

Hello Sangria.

I have traced the wiring harness once properly.
Had to find out that Cargrade module is designed for an external RVC and probably doesn't work because of that.
The new RVC module has the same symptoms.

May I know what emulator you used?
Thanks for your help
