It does, yeah. I posted a longer writeup in my journal over in the Photo Gallery subforum.
Sorry for my ignorance, but would you give me a link to it?
It's not supposed to look like this
Ran over something on the freeway and busted up the plastic shielding under the front end
Time for a metal skid plate

Hit a pothole on the way to KTown last night, right by Beverly Hills BMW. Left the car in their lot overnight, went back this morning, dealer put on a new PSS.

Did some backroads hunting today with some friends

Coming out of an apex at 6,000 and hearing her scream to 8,500… truly an experience.

The 997 GT3 remains my attainable dream car

The F8 is just mindbending

Retrieved my car from its snowy tomb after having to abandon it at a nearby business two days ago, with our metro area getting as much as 11" of snow on a forecast of max 1".

Learned a couple key things this week:

Conti all season tires - perfectly fine in light snow and ice along with careful driving, but fairly worthless if you add much of an incline and need to come off from a stop. I live on a hill and a snowstorm caught everyone by surprise, mine joining 5-6 other cars at the base of the hill trying to sort out next steps.

Traction socks - wasn't able to evaluate because I could not get them onto the tires due to the low tire clearance to the wheel well. I may be able to use a flexible rod to slide them over the tires and will give that a go in the comfort of my garage.

Daily driving an M3 takes some planning!

Pictured is me parked later in the day….500 WHP snowy house calls, come snow or rain
Getting back up to my house today was a major PITA, even in a Cayenne (though on AS4s). All the roads in were ice sheets, slid right back down on my first attempt. Had to come back after doing a grocery run, lock all diffs, find a line and get a good run up. And the big road next to my house looked worse than it did yesterday.

Knocked out a lot today on the M3. Replaced the pinion seal on the diff and changed fluid. Then installed my spare rear subframe that I had already prepped with solid mounts, and akg diff bushings, etc. Hotchkis rear sway went in at the same time as well as the V2 Carbon driveshaft.

What part of Houston? I’m in Friendswood, maybe if there’s a fourth spot next to y’all’s M3’s I can park mine there next time
Big couple of weeks. All my black friday goodies arrived.

2 weeks ago the Nitron R1 coilovers. Only driven the car a few times since but so far they’re amazing.

Last week installed the Recaro pole positions.

Also picked up a pair of used seats off an e92 3 series. Currently in the process of harvesting the heat mats and OC3 sensor out of it and gonna transfer it over to the pole position. This will allow me to retain seat heating and the oem heat buttons, as well as retain occupancy sensor instead of coding it out.

Wired everything up yesterday loosely and it worked just as planned. Now I gotta tuck heat mats under the pole position cushions.

The dreaded throttle actuators…periodic limp mode @ 48k miles on a 2011 E90 Comp. Another Euro Power Motorsports customer. Swapped the plugs while in there since they were last done in 2016 and about 20k miles ago. Just need to seat that finicky plenum, and I’ll be set.
