I don't see Bill Belichick working for Jerry Jones. He would want the control, power, and autonomy Jerry is unwilling to relinquish. If McCarthy goes, the Cowboys will hire another Yes Man at HC. The last Cowboys HC with a backbone was Jimmy Johnson and you see how that ended. Jimmy, who is the same age as Jerry (odd, I know), was quick to tell Jerry to fuck off and stay out of the way.

erickonphoenix wroteI hear ya. However... I've watched several Texans games and his schemes and ability to have a rookie QB and average Receivers playing the way they have, is remarkable.TXSTYLE Bobby Slowik is not proven yet, a lot of his circus plays have been sketchy at best. I'd wait and see how his schemes work against more premium playoff teams first.
This next gane against Ravens will be VERY interesting.

and FYI, Dallas is my #2 team so last night sucked form me as well. Literally when the Texans get eliminated I'm moving on the EPL until racing season starts back up.
ROTFLMAO @ "See you next week, Taylor" sign in Buffalo!
Not laughing @ "Please just one before I die" sign, because that's the life story of every Bills fan.....

erickonphoenix wroteMissing the old days of the Houston Oilers! Earl Campbell, Dan Pastorini, Robert Brazil, Mike Munchak, Ray Childress, Warren Moon, Eddie George, the list goes on. They had some pretty good teams back in the day. Hated when they moved to Tennessee. It will be interesting or very boring

Earl Campbell.....damn. So fun to watch.
lakefront wroteDude would smack you straight in the mouthEarl Campbell.....damn. So fun to watch.
Eagles look like albatrosses. LOL
Still extremely disappointed with my team.
But knowing our Rivals lost, I can sleep a Lil better.

GERMAN M3 wrotePops and I had Oiler season tickets until they moved to Nashville. Heck he had them years before me in fact as a kid I remember going to games and they would smoke cigars in the Astrodome. Different time.Missing the old days of the Houston Oilers! G35POPPEDMYCHERRY wrotereally not trying to toot my own horn, but they fact a causal (me) pointed this out after the WIN in kansas city and no changes were made. and this was OUR exact demise last night. the defense was trash but have us 4 drives to tie the game and we couldnt stay on the field....makes you believe there is a MAJOR MAJOR stink in phillyboths eagles and chiefs are not playing to their potential this year and both looked sloppy even for a wet game. eagles have a better team, but KC has a way better quarterback and defense. if marques catches that ball that hit him in his hands then its a different story.
the OC on the eagles needs to go NOW, if he is kept this season THEY will lose or not even make the super bowl, the abandoning of the run, the constant removal of Swift, and refusal to run plays under center will be the demise of this team. shit is too cute and will lose. chip kelly 2.0
All the really matters with this WC weekend, is that I won 3 quarters (330) and have all 4 games covered for next weekend! I covered 2 of 3.5 SB squares @ 500 each, but need a few more quarters next weekend.
Love just barely flicks his arm, and the ball is 30 yards down the field!!

longtime Redskins fan here. I found myself laughing at how many of the head coaches in the playoffs this year had the Redskins in their resume at some point. So glad Dan Snyder is gone, what a buffoon letting that much talent walk out the door.

Literally ALL of these "young, winning Coaches" came from Washington staff at the same time! WITF was Dan thinking?

G35POPPEDMYCHERRY wroteI believe I heard a stat the Eagles were 0 for 10 on 3rd down. That is down right embarrassing. Jalen didn't have AJ Brown to bail him out. He usually just throws the ball up to him when he gets in trouble. Brown is Jalen's crutch. Jalen looked like the kid Saban benched at Alabama.really not trying to toot my own horn, but they fact a causal (me) pointed this out after the WIN in kansas city and no changes were made. and this was OUR exact demise last night. the defense was trash but have us 4 drives to tie the game and we couldnt stay on the field....makes you believe there is a MAJOR MAJOR stink in philly
Honestly during their 10-1 start, a couple of those close games could have gone the other way. They easily could have finished .500 this year.
I don't get all of the Belichick to DAL thoughts.....this game has passed him by. It happens....it's not a slight to him. There is a reason all of these old guys are getting out of the game in both college and NFL.....Saban, Carroll, Belichick, etc.
Razzle and dazzle during the regular season doesn't mean shit...the Packers had razzle and dazzle for 15 years with Rodgers during the regular season and it paid off once. In other words, it doesn't matter what stats the Cowboys put up during the year.
BTW, I loved how the Cowboys were putting 3 guys on Watson even though he was probably 70% last week.....that's why everyone was open all day. The Packers played that decoy well. That seed was planted last year, though.

I know the 49ers are heavily favored this week, but I think it's too soon to put it in the win column just yet. Yes, the 49ers are rested, but Green Bay has great momentum with nothing to lose.
It should be a great battle.
