Fall Line HRE's are definitely one of my favorite wheels that've been made for this platform - looks great in front of the PFC's! I have a set of 18x10.5 RI-A's on the way but I am somewhat considering finding a used set of 18x10.5 R43's to have a backup set of wheels - though they might be hard to fine as well as difficult to replace.

They’re actually easy to replace. HRE has a replacement wheel program for wheels that are no longer in production. Just contact HRE, tell them the wheel model, diameter, width, offset and quantity, and they’ll make replacement wheels for you.

EDIT: most of the R43 “Fall Line” are 9.5 and 10 wide wheels. I haven’t seen any “Fall Line” version with widths of 10.5” or 11”. I’ve seen two sets of “regular” R43s with an 11” width. I have not seen any “regular” R43 with a 10.5” width.

you are probably correct on the fall line fitments - especially since I think those fitments were fine for E46 as well which might've had some trouble with 10.5 wide wheels.

I did read at one point that HRE was easy to work with when speccing offsets - just a difficult matter of the fact that these wheels are NLA new. I think they'll probably go into the same category for me as RKP FI's - one of the historically best wheels for the platform, NLA and difficult to get, but I'm definitely keeping an eye out.
