Moved to the area and went to Michelin HQ...no one was there. I should have posted on here first.
Any recommendations for shops that work on track prep, (bmw and porsche) ?
Any solid shops for paint work and high quality craftsmanship ?
What region is Greenville under BMW?
Hope to see the locals soon.

Check out Thunder Bunny Racing. They just did my rod bearings and are a very capable shop.

If you're asking what region Greenville is under as far as BMW CCA its the Sandlapper Upstate

+1 for Thunder Bunny Racing. They have the best shop setup in the area and it's not even close. Great group who specializes in all things European with an emphasis on BMW.

Yeah their facilities are super cool! Real deal race shop and good people. Doesnt matter if you have a 16 yr old bimmer or a brand new Porsche they take care of you the same.

Nice. If you don’t mind me asking, how much were the Rod bearings?

• Remove & Replace Drive Belt: $1,416.00
• Additional Labor (2.1 hrs): $357.00

Parts

• WPC Treated Rod Bearing Package: $999.70
• ARP Rod Bearing Bolt Set: $559.55
• Oil Pan Bolt Kit (optional): $155.18
• Oil Pan Gasket (Elring): $75.23
• Liqui Moly 10W-60 RaceTec (2): $163.48
• Mahle OEM Oil Filter: $32.42
• Oil Pick-up Tube Gasket: $10.86
• Oil Pick-up Tube Gasket (extra): $3.44 • Corteco OEM Engine Mounts (2): $155.78

Total Estimate: $3,928.64

I also had a Valvetronics Exhaust installed for $1k (including the module) and cooling expansion hose and water pump pulley replaced for $600.

All in I spent $5,865.

Yes all done at Thunder Bunny. Really good work. No issues with anything and the work done installing the exhaust was flawless.

Good deal. I’m going to attend this one.

It was a good time. Got a nice photo to boot. Met another E93 M3 owned that works at a BMW amongst many others. The event is less than a mile from my house but well worth the time for others in the area.

I particularly enjoyed chatting with the Michelin and BF Goodrich reps. I may try the new BF Goodrich tires next time around.

Thanks for the event pics, and the update, as well as the FB link. Your car looks immaculate! I love the color - it's rare. Looks like you also got to meet the new Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 successor to the PS4S... not to be confused with the already launched PS5. So glad you had a good time and made some connections - and it was just around the corner from your house.

Thanks for the reminder and the compliment. There’s a lot of cool stuff going on at The Performance Center in October.
