Wanted a clean solution for a dashcam so went for the FitCamX. Quality isn’t bad and like the integrated look. Hardwired via the fuse taps (fuse #8 for accessory and fuse #72 for constant) and things work well!

The installation was very easy. Taking the old one out is easier using some trim tools and some needle nose pliers. I used some quick detailer to help get the new seal trim seated around the glass edge. I'm not a pro by any means and it took less than 30 minutes to pull off the old one, clean up the channel of debris, and install the new one. No adhesive is used.

What kind of cats are they? Inside the cabin? I have GESI 300 cell and it really doesn't smell to bad imo...although it did when I changed the xpipe initially without changing the donut gaskets.
Fixed the broken fender I posted about a couple weeks back. I was pleasantly surprised how strong the JB Weld plastic bonder worked. It made a very strong union. Kept the new fender I ordered up in the rafters for the next jackass that hits me. I also registered a new battery in via ISTA. Just noticed my old battery is dated 1/17. I was getting a low battery warning the last couple months. Very satisfying to not have to pay $360 plus the >$200 for a replacement.

I saw one of those in Kauai and thought it was a really weird flex. Soooo out of place with all the local toyodozers.
I pointed one out to my wife not that long ago when we were out. She made a loud sigh and said, "That's a shame." lol
Money cant buy taste. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. I think that applies to both Elon and the consumer.
There really is nothing cool about that thing.
If there was a picture for what is wrong with the car industry these days that pretty much sums it up.

Edit: Just realized what they are for: For Musk to please Kadyrov...
What most of the EV designers fail to understand is that most car buyers want their car to look like a car, their truck to look like a truck, etc. Not a reject from a sci-fi b-movie. And so once the fanboi stupidity dies down they will be left with this joke-ass tub of shit. SMH

Still can’t believe people are willing to buy a vehicle with electric door handles. How many people have to die before regulators do their job.
