buglinjo wroteNICE!! Do you still have these? Will need either a frame+clip or just clips very soon when I do the F10 knob upgrade.I have designed improved clips for eBay shifter boot holder. It broke on me in a week after I had glued my new F10 shifter on. So I had 2 options, removing shifter boot from the plastic and buying a new one, or designing new clips which will hold up forever.
That eBay one has very fragile clips, so I replaced all of them with my design clip and voila... It snapped in the place like a champ. These clips are printed with PETG, so very flexible and won't break in high temps or even if you bend it 180 degrees.
I'm not trying to get rich from this. The price will be for all 4 $20 shipped.
UPDATE: Now selling full plastic frame with clips (detached, you'll have to glue them using flexible adhesive) for $50 shipped.
Here are some pics of my previous designs and the last one on the right is the latest design I used:

Are we still able to purchase just the clips?
Hi everyone,
Sorry that I have not responded for a while. I'm out of the market now as I sold my M3 and don't have enough time and energy to pack and ship the orders.
I've decided that it would be good for the community to make my 3D models open and free for everyone. I'll include the link below.
Donations would be appreciated though. Please feel free to comment and ask questions at the Printables website.

Thank you everyone again for the support. I love the community!

PLA is not recommended as it might melt on low temps.
Bringing the thread back from the dead! Is there anyone out there who I can pay to print one for me?!

I had this printed from the STL file, and I'm not sure if its the file or the car, but it is quite different to both the stock frame and the hole it would need to clip in to. I have a RHD 2008 (pre-LCI) e92 M3, and there is no way this will fit. Could be a difference between LCI and pre-LCI, or RHD vs LHD, but I printed it twice on two different printers and both came out the same. Just a warning for those who come after me.
Not trying to take anything away from buglinjo, I'm sure these worked for some of you, but no bueno for mine.

20086MTM3 wroteTo my (untrained) eye, it just looks to be a mirror image in right and left hand drive cars. Have you tried again inverting the model horizontally? If you're thinking of trying again and either don't want or know how to do that I'm more than happy to help.PSA
