Identify this CF front lip?

Can anyone help me identify this carbon fiber front spoiler/lip? Who makes it? I've gone through hundreds of Google images and can't seem to find a match.

They're all over ebay right now, that newish design.

I don't see that it has a name like GT4 or GTS, they just seem to refer to it as "GTS style," which it clearly isn't - the GTS lip sticks out in the middle, doesn't go to the edge, doesn't have those 3 tiers, doesn't have the swoopy part that fills in the bumper underside.

The GTS1 or GTS "E style" lip is much better imo, but 2x the cost. Same with GT4, GT4v2, GTS.
