M3 E92 Rear Bumper-Cuts/Vents

Hi Guys

I've been searching through a lot of old Posts and comments, looking for a template or at least some dimensions for the Team Schirmer style rear bumper vents.



If somebody has any in depth info on them, a link or even a template that would be awesome

I really don't want to guess the cuts

is there a benefit to this

Some claim better rear diff cooling, less drag, etc. IMHO it's just for the look good factor.

As far as I know it’s for reducing the drag happening in the rear from switching to aftermarket exhausts with smaller rear mufflers, which allow more air to get trapped behind the bumper

id assume the Schirmer ones use their own in-house template

I bought the ST ones and will be cutting into the bumper soon. Comes with a nice metal template but no instructions

They have a 35mm and a 50mm
