That's just a dimple and doesn't run fully through the rotor face. It is no deeper than the slots on the original rings that came on them, possibly shallower. But maybe it played a part. I have some f80 sized Girodisc rotors that'll replace these, just need to piece together the rest of the parts. I also have a a pair of stock sized Girodisc that I considered replacing them with. I had thrown them on the 1M for a trip to the Tail, which wasn't really needed, but they we just collecting dust in the garage.

Is it a straight swap or is there coding/wiring involved?
sebm3 wrotethe seat itself swap was straight forward. They look great!

needed to use seat module and seat belt bucket from e92.
wiring was alittle confusing for 2 or 3 wires which was colored different between F8x and e9x, couldn't find actual one to one wiring diagram online.
But No wire tap, cutting needed. just needed to put wire pins in correct slots.
all works; seat motion up/down, forward/back, bolster, heat, badge light, etc.
not functional; is passenger seat occupancy. so i do have airbag light on dash. i haven't figured that out, but not too hung on it either, as light can be coded out.

correct. would be same if you put in aftermarket seats.
Drove it for the 2nd time after buying it back in Oct:lol:
So far, I have put 200~ miles on it in 6~ months.
Bought it with 36,181 miles. It is sitting at 36,381~. But man, does this thing make me smile.

StealthnShadow wroteOne can after filling up.When using Platinum do you put the entire bottle in prior to a fill up or what’s your process for adding it into your fuel tank?
Im having a weird issue. I filled my gas tank last night, drove home and parked the car. Woke up this morning, tank is full but my "distance to empty" says 79 miles. After driving for about 20min it started to climb back up but only to about 150 miles til empty. Anyone else had this before?
S65Hunter wroteYes. Fuel leak at the connection for one of those aftermarket fuel filters. Gas was pouring onto the headers. Not sure how I didn’t lose the car.Im having a weird issue. mym3adventures wroteYessir, Accord is the daily. Though I recently got a new job that requires me to be in the office once a week (a 66-mile two-way drive). So, the Accord doesn't get driven much either now.Clean low mileage E92 and older Accord combo is wassup!
But the M3 is more of a weekend car.
installed rear bumper center fins piece and cf rear bumper skirts/spat? to complete the exterior
for some reason dinan exhaust hangs pretty high to bumper so i couldn't fit a diffuser but found this alternative rear bumper center fin piece.

Hopefully this coming weekend I can wake it up
Long winter this go around on the east.coast
vlo41662523 wroteWow, my 06 Accord has 141k miles. The 11 M3 has 36k miles. I am going to try to keep the mileage low. This car could be worth big money down the road. Who knows, though.I have a 14 accord just ticked over 150k miles

My e90 is 1 of 2 , at my rate of mileage on it there may be flying cars before I hit 100k
Wish I could buy another in dct

vlo41662523 wroteDang, what kind of spec do you have? Mine is nothing "special." I mean, it's got 36k miles, 1 owner, all original, never modded, never driven in the rain or snow, and always kept on a lift in the garage. The 1st owner had the whole car PPF. So it's basically as new as it gets.My e90 is 1 of 2 , at my rate of mileage on it there may be flying cars before I hit 100k

Space Gray over Black
Competition PKG
Premium PKG
Cold Weather PKG
Tech PKG
And that is it, I think.
Lemans blue fox red comp single hump slick top 6spd
Carbon leather trim
PPF on Front impact areas
other one that exists has the aluminum trim think that’s what it’s called

Got a Recaro Sportster CS driver side through trade on my OEM wheels. Then went down the rabbit hole of finding a matching pair... what a nightmare with Recaro going bankrupted and shutting down NA/EUR operations temporarily.

Finally found one passenger side from Bulletproof Performance... in velvet blue. Ordered a OE Recaro skin from AMX performance and re-upholster onto the seat.

Thought I was done... but just last week traded the remainder of my bamboo interior with a full set of fox red interior.

Last thing is just the interior trim pieces - anyone got a carbon leather one sitting around or alcantara wrapped one?

Driving home from car wash, saw smoke out the rear. Pulled over on first exit I could and parked at gas station. Front end had oil on it, popped hood and oil everywhere. My oil/valve cover cap was just gone. I had switched a month or two ago to the EPM cap...
Hoping I stopped the car soon enough, had it towed to the shop. Was just trying to swap from OEM cap because it was starting to leak. Frustrating. Hoping the engine is OK, and unrelated but valve covers and vanos covers are on the way and should be getting tackled in a couple of weeks.
