I have one too as I sold the car with the alcantara one and it came with the original OEM one still bubble wrapped. I honestly haven't opened it yet though so will do that tonight and see how it looks to get some photos. TBD

Ok so slight complication after opening the bubble wrap.
Working with Gemini leads me that it appears to be a sport wheel for an MT vehicle (no paddle mounts) and clean all-black multifunction (no silver trim or M stitching/badging) and uniform leather without perforations nor heating. Not sure why I got it with a DCT E92 M3 but here I am.
