CORSA is one of the largest automotive and high-end marine exhaust tuning companies in the USA with engineering and manufacturing facilities in Ohio and a patented, proprietary technology called Reflective Sound Cancellation™. CORSA consults to the major US and other auto manufacturers.

The result of the UUC and CORSA partnership is a drone-free exhaust system, delivering a pleasant sound at idle and cruise and a muscular roar at high rpm.

Reflective Sound-Cancellation™
(RSC™) - a non-electrical noise control system without the complication of incorporating the use of electronics or speakers. Essentially, engine sound (pressure) waves are reflected in passages inside the muffler to cancel out unwanted sound waves. The result is a "tuned" muffler that "cleans up" the noise without eliminating the pure sound of power associated with a high-performance vehicle. Using this Corsa technology, the stainless steel Corsa Performance line of mufflers are tuned to eliminate passenger cabin resonance and produce just the "right" sound.

nice! I can't wait to see and hear the final product.
i wanna hear :D
There's that one video clip on youtube that's been floating around for a couple of months... Was that a prototype, and if so, was it representative of the final look/sound?

That said, my experience with Corsa is that I had their Sport system on a '05 GTO (GM LS2 engine, 6.0L, 400hp), coupled with JBA shorty headers, and it sounded and looked great.
Is it a direct bolt on or do you need to hack your exhaust?

Actually, I think it sounds much better than that video... it's difficult to accurately capture the sound of an exhaust with a video camera.

Here's the video:

Sounds good enough to me. Will there be any dyno results? I think pricing will be the key.

Complete bolt-on, no cutting at all.

A coworker of mine has a Corsa exhaust on his 6.1 Liter Hemi engine and that thing is unreal. There is absolutely no drone at idle on the free way but when he hits the throttle the thing is almost scary. Honestly made me speechless when he floored it. I can not wait to hear this thing in person!

I had a UUC TSE on my 2001 325ci and loved it except for the drone.
sounds good to me! but is it just me or do the tips hang too low?
Sounds mean! I like it. What is the weight savings over OEM?

That video is showing a prototype, full production sound tuning but before the tip position was dialed in. For the regular production version, tip gap is the same as the OE tips.

30% weight reduction! :D

Will the tips be the same size/diameter as stock? If so, is it possible to get larger tips?
I have the Corsa Sport cat-back exhaust on my C6 Corvette with Kooks long tube headers. I can say that the look and sound of the Corsa's are awesome! No drone in the car whatsoever at crusing speeds. Sounds fantastic at wide open throttle! Fit and finish is top notch.
When will you announce a price?

Probably next week. Crunching the production cost numbers right now, trying to get the price as reasonable as possible.

sub 2k or over?

sub 2k or over?
Definitely sub. How much sub is what we're working on.

- Rob
Wow bolt on system sub 2k, I might have to cancel the other system I just put on order.

Do you have any information on power gains?
We may have a winner here.

Um, "as much as possible" would be nice! :D

Will the tips be angled, or straight? (i.e. slanted?)
