Honeycomb. Haven't had this in years. Surprisingly it's lower in calories, fat and sugar compare to the more "healthier" choice.

Cooked ham slices with boiled peeled eggs, sliced tomatoes and brown bread toast, enjoyed with breakfast tea.
The usual nuked bag of microwave steamed mixed veggies, with a pat of butter.

Interesting note is that the bag comes with a highlighted balloon of "Now with more broccoli!" on the front. Color me the eternal pessimist, but I'm trying to figure out if this unsolicited "improvement" is because broccoli has become cheaper than cauliflower and carrots, or if it is more bulky and less dense than the other veggies to hide a shrinkflation decrease in package weight?????

I am finding similar in my bag of frozen veg, more broccoli with less cauliflower but with heaps more sliced carrots, carrots over here are still relatively cheap, like potatoes.
