I just installed DO88 rad and oil cooler. Fitment was good (actually.... surprisingly good). No leaks or funny welds to my eyes. Short term experience only.

Car still got hot.Not an expert but just a thought, could the oil diverter be clogged or damaged causing no oil to flow through the oil cooler. I was chatting with someone and he mentioned the oil diverter thermostat was shut close pretty much when he was doing the diverter valve upgrade. That could explain the quick high temp.

Since it seems to be coolant temps that is the issue, take the rad out, run a hose thru it and see if it's flowing out the other end. or swap the stock rad back in and re-test, to eliminate a bad rad.

Had the do88 DCT cooler installed, along with dry break overfill kit, back in April and so far so good. Shop didn’t mention any strange welds or issues and no leaks so far after a couple of track days. DCT seems to shift great in hot temps.

I’m getting the CSF cooler into the car tomorrow or the day after. I’ll report back with some street temps for a very unscientific back to back.
I got the CSF rad on the car. I did a full coolant flush, used some VP rad cleaner, two cycles of distilled water and the final fill with water/water wetter. Same thing I was running in the do88 cooler. Very unscientific results are in. Did the same loop around Denver, ambient temps within 5 degrees, same time of day same humidity. The csf cooler peaked at 204, do88 at over 220. Just driving down the freeway. I’m off to Laguna at the end of September and will update if it holds up on track.

Not that I know of. My reason for going with the CSF was based on availability and not being impressed with the fit of the do88 rad I helped a friend install. I had easy access to CSF and a great price from a friend. Also,I HATE plastic end tanks on radiators and intercoolers.

It was flawless. I put that car through a tire barrier and destroyed all the do88 coolers. Edit: I also ran the stock cooler stack (all of them) to see if new coolers were necessary at all, and the water temps with the factory rad were identical to the do88 rad.
