Rob - What are the final performance specs on the Corsa exhaust (i.e. HP and Torque gains)?

What if we already ordered a Active Autowerkes SSK? Will you swap out for the UUC SSK? How does the UUC SSK compare with the AA SSK?

You'll notice from all of our other exhaust products that we never post exact numbers; why is obvious when you think about it... everybody cheats, and comparing numbers from different cars and different dynos is a fool's game. We proved this a few years ago when one of the major magazines dynoed all of the major exhaust systems for the E36 M3. Suddenly, all the claims of "20hp!!!" disappeared from advertising, and UUC was rated as the most hp gain. Any two cars will dyno differently, so there's no valid comparison. Likewise, any two dynos will give different results, again no valid comparison. The only valid comparison for real numbers is same car, same dyno, same day - make the change and re-test while the car is still on the machine. Dynos are good for testing a specific change on that specific car only.

We have our shifter trade-in program:

http://www.shortshifter.com/tradein.htm

What I will do during the pre-order period only is to increase that refund to $100.

I'm in, just got off the phone with Rob!!!
Rob,

Is there one system for both the E90 and E92 & 93? Is there a place to request either or on the pre-order page? Also, will you run the credit card info now are wait until shipping time. I am always leary of paying for something before it is ready to be shipped. Without pointing fingers are starting something, I have been burned before when pre-ordereing something and my card got run immediatly and what was to be 2 weeks wait turned into a 2 month wait. Can you clarify??

Thanks for your assistance,

Rovman

Yes, definitely different systems for coupe/convertible and sedan. Sorry for the confusion, our online ordering system was not configured properly but now is, and will give you the choice when ordering.

If you ordered your exhaust before 9/19/08, please call us to correct your order. E-mails have also been sent out.

UUC never charges for an order before it is shipped. (except for special order/custom items.) You will not be charged until there is an exhaust with your shipping label on it, ready to go on the UPS truck.

Rob, based on previous experiences with my e46 M3 UUC exhaust which had no end of fitment issues, have you guys got this one dialled in for ease and fidelity of installation?

Sorry to be blunt, but that last one really had some issues.
