These are cast rims. The P series Monobloks are forged rims.

ok so forged is good
But is it something that i would notice? as the cost is nearly double for some forged wheels ie HRE.

The differences are explained well here: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=357430. Generally, if the wheels are designed to meet the same standards, forged wheels will be lighter and will bend rather than crack as the failure mode.

If you drive on smooth public roads at near legal speeds, you likely won't notice the difference. If you track your car or bash potholes periodically, a top line forged wheel can provide an extra margin of performance and safety.
