I'll try. It seems they'll allow dSLRs in but your lens needs to be < 6" so the 70-200 is out. I figure I'll bring my 10-22 and 85 prime. I'm seeing if I can borrow a friend's teleconverter to use w/ the prime. I don't have a wide telephoto that has enough range. All this stuff fits in my jumbo versipack which is within the size guidelines for bring a bag in. I'll still have room for some other stuff, too, and can make use of molle attachments for more pockets and such.

The 135 f/2.0L would be perfect in this case.

The problem that you need to address on this particular picture is called DOF (Depth of Field). You increase that by making the aperture smaller, but that will slow the shutter speed, so you'll likely have to increase the ISO.

Try to figure out how to solve this problem with your camera.

Also, I'm not sure where you were focusing. You'll want to understand the focus points for you camera and if you can change them and how to know you're in focus.

Thank you for the advice. I will pick up my camera again and start shooting and trying to figure all this stuff out. TBH I have no clue about what I'm doing, learning by doing... Thank you for the link too, all those terms get my head spinning, but I will catch on to them eventually.
