i'm really glad to see that a serious group of buyers like those on this thread have been able to get a legitimate contact within BMW to help facilitate individual options. when i ordered my E46 back in 2005, i had a hell of a time trying to get information on getting an individual car for California. tons of approvals and no foreseeable end.

i love the black with red stitching. i think the M6 should have been rejected regardless of money. there are some combinations of things that shouldn't be made. it would be pretty interesting if part of the approvals was a BMW Industrial Designer that would give you feedback and make alternate suggestions.
