Smoked, EU's I have the same ones. They have led's and flash amber. Cost about 300 from dealer.

Edit I see a Mass inspection sticker for 9/25 so the car I imagine still has a Mass Reg or title. I also see manual non sport seats

I just wanted to give everyone an update on this car. The dealership and I kept going back and forth and they insisted it was a great car so I paid for a PPI at a shop we both agreed upon. All I can say is wow. I've attached the technician's notes along with photos. DO NOT BUY this car. It is very misrepresented. I'm linking the for-sale post.

Unfortunately, they are used car dealers. Those "type" of dealers have a well deserved reputation for misrepresenting their cars. You did the group a solid by posting this, so that others don't purchase this one!

It was a good thing you got the PPI, because if you purchased it. It would have been a bottomless money pit to get it right based on what you posted. By the time you got done just getting to a point of being safe, you could have bought the top dollar one!

I've been searching for a E90 335xi (N54) and running carfaxes for the two that I found interesting enough to pursue so far. Both cars had 4 or 5 accidents in their histories! While I don't expect perfection, that's enough for me to walk away.

It's worth spending a couple of bucks to avoid a sink hole of a car in terms of what you'll have to spend in the long run.
