Very handsome Silver Lab!

I've got this 4Knines cover in the back seats of my e92 for my little buddy. Keeps the interior clean and he is comfy! He's a Black Lab mix and sits back there like a human all leaned back in the seat haha.

Thank you....will definitely be a hand full, but definitely worth the joy and memory we will have while out cruising in the M. I will definitely look into purchasing some covers to protect the leather. Hopefully my lab will have similar traits and manners as yours.

Part number has changed over the years, this is the newest coil revision. Looks fairly different from the old ones if you look closely, but it works just fine, been 200 miles since the replacement and no issues.

If you have been a car person for a while, you will be able to notice a misfire in most cars once you've felt one before. This felt the same as the one I got in my 2003 camry. The morning before it went, I felt one intermittently on idle. A very very noticeable "bump" during the idle, repeatedly, that makes it very uneven. These engines have a bit of uneven sounding rumble to them naturally, this is something you'd absolutely notice as it felt very off. Kinda like "bmm bmm bmm bmm bmm BBBBMM bmm bbmm bmm BBMM bmm bmm bmm bmbm" coupled with a shake that makes you feel like something is definitely wrong.

Reader is Carly, I was driving up a hill and felt a pretty wacky burst of rumbles, immediate limp mode, pulled over and saw Misfire - cylinder 3 on Carly after a scan. Car started fine after I pulled over and scanned, did not shut the cylinder off again, got home without limp, but the misfire was still there, just had to keep the load low and it didn't shut off the cylinder again.

4 and 8 are in the back next to the firewall and it's extremely obnoxious to get in there and unplug the coils in order to pull them even with your hands. Plugs (the electronic connection, not the spark plugs) are behind the coils almost against the firewall, can barely see them. 3/7 are slightly annoying, but doable. 1/2/4/5 are easy. I don't have a puller tool, just used screwdrivers. Works fine.

To be honest, plugs should be done all at once but the coils will give you a pretty clear indication that they're gone via a code, and it's not economical to replace all of them at once. This is the only coil that has gone bad in 123,000 miles on my car. No reason to swap the whole set unless you're sitting in a ton of cash and have no idea what to do with it.

Added the factory alarm and was able to code; tilt and interior motion sensor, flashing red light in rear view mirror, and electronic chirp to lock/unlock. Very easy and inexpensive mod.

Ordered Schirmer's rear axle bearing (solid subframe) kit to install with the M Factory carbon driveshaft this spring. I haven't seen these before so figured I'd try them out.

It still amazes me how much BMW nickel and dimmed a car that was at the lowest end $70k. I mean an alarm, come on! Especially when its already wired.
