We have a 2012 scheduled for production with premium package. BMW info lists Navigation as being included. My dealer calls and says BMW made a listing error and that Nav. is not included in the premium pkg. Does an yone here know the real story? Thanks.

Nav is included in the premium package price of $2,500. The base price of the car was raised by $1,000 to offset some of that I'm sure.....I'm waiting on a 12' E93 and have the retail pricing sheet from my dealer that shows there's no additional charge. You can also ask Ryan Amico from Steve Thomas BMW and he will confirm. You can find his information on this forum.
Thanks bvernon, I have the pricing sheet as well. My dealer ordered the car right. When the build sheet from BMW came back it did not list Nav.in the premium pkg.
bernpep wroteThe ordering system is wrong and is showing an extra 1300 for nav. Everyone is seeing this. I don't know about new orders but my CA told me over a week ago that my price was automatically updated by BMW - it now shows N/C for NAV (part of ZPP) and the $1.3k GGT.
Thanks for the help!
Can someone post what's included in the premium (zpp) package and the competition package?
Much appreciated.
Much appreciated.
Thanks for the info!
when a forum member takes delivery on their 2012 vehicle, please look at the actual invoice attached to their car and verify for all of us that Nav is included in the Prem Package. i take delivery first week in October of a E93. I have all of the BMW sheets that show it's included and I've confirmed with a dealer on this forum that it's included however I still had my local dealer trying to tell me that it wasn't as little as 3 days ago. Perhaps they want to try and make an extra $1250 or perhaps they just don't know. either way I will be looking at the invoice attached to my car and confirming that it's not a charge. I suggest everyone else do the same and post what they find.
Nav is absolutely included with 2012 Premium package.
My car is being built right now, here's the screen shot from the car tracking page:

go by whats on the window sticker
if they try to charge you and the window sticker says its included they will refund you
no point in arguing about it not with them
proof is the window sticker
For what it's worth, I exchanged emails with Edmunds.com today about them not having their pricing on the 2012 M3 updated. They said things will be updated very soon. They also added the following when asked specifically about the Nav being included in the Prem Package....pretty much what most of us have been saying/thinking:
"You are correct, our 2012 BMW M3 Convertible pricing sheet shows that the Premium Package (ZPP) invoice is $2,275 and includes Navigation (609). For your reference, in 2011 invoice for ZPP was $1,230 and did not include 609. 609 had an invoice of $1,910. If you are dealing with the dealers, I would only work off the 2012 prices. I hope this is helpful, good luck in your car search."
