SAMM3Y and I, after both completing the DIY, estimated that the two of us together might be able do another DIY in 1 marathon day, but a weekend is certainly possible.

They also have a "street" pad which i think might be even better for a car that doesn't see spirited driving.Having not bought normal "street" brake pads in many years, can anyone provide some suggestions on a reasonable pad? This is for the new DD and I'm thinking ceramic is probably the best bet since it creates the lighter colored dust that you don't see. Whatever the OEM pads are.....they create an absurd amount of ugly orange dust.
I see Hawk and Centric both have a cheap ceramic street pad but wasn't sure who else is worth looking at.

Did you see us there? I saw a Silverstone e92, and a few other e9x but didn't walk by when the owner was there.

DrFerry wrotePFC Z is carbon-metallic, those will dust just like an OEM pad. They do make them for my caliper but I think ceramic is a better bet. Thanks for the tip, good to know PFC does have Z and 08 in case I ever want to hoon a bit. :-)

Talked to Dave Zeckhausen and he said to get the Hawk Performance ceramics.
