Edit: also confirmed the harbor freight auto scan tools successfully register batteries. I kinda put blind faith into mine but glad to see it actually worked.

This past weekend I bought vibra-technics motor mounts as I will be tackling the project myself this winter. I am on the originals and know for a fact the mounts are toast.

I highly recommend you protect those VT mounts from heat.

Finally drove the final version of the car and I'm so happy with it.

Lots of work finally done and I'm ready to enjoy the car again.

Removing the air ride and three piece wheels was also the best move ever.

Went for a little drive then took off the OEM CF splitters and swapped it with a GTS lip.
Trying out a different look. So far so good. :cool!:

Decided I should do a bit of a health check before the car gets put away for the winter. And of course, I always find fun things when I show up at this shop! Bodywork was all sitting in their office, along with stacks of slicks.

Threw the car on the rollers to see how it was running. 91 octane pulley (running Costco 92), ESS G1. Pretty solid results, 2nd run was basically back to back. Car was the most heatsoaked I've ever seen on the way home. They were telling me that the typical bolt on E9x does about 370 whp on this dyno. About 160whp gain is right in the advertised ballpark
