What have you done with or to your M3 today?

Did it for first time today. Watched a few vids. Didn't look too daunting. Really Wasn't. Took about 3 hours while dilly dallying a bit.

Replaced my disintegrating rear bump stops with a fresh pair. While I had the shocks removed upgraded the mounts to the Dinan set. They’re supposed to improve the ride slightly (more shock travel), but I haven’t driven the car enough to tell yet.

Got a few things done this weekend. Finished the F8X hub conversion, installed rear cayenne big brake kit, replaced the axles, swapped to street pads and flushed out the brake fluid.

Thank you! Believe it or not, axles are tricky to get a hold of for these cars. Best value I could find for a brand new set was from autozone. Duralast gold which come with a lifetime warranty. Had them next day. $200 bucks each. No brainer. Fit perfectly. So far they feel solid.

Oh I believe it lol... I bought a used set a while ago to shake down an issue. I had seen some generic axles online and wondered if they were any good... the price is right, remanufacrured units are $760 each from BMW and they're never available.. how do you drive your car? Hard? Does it see the track? I'd love your feedback on them after you've "tested"them. TIA.

Well I don’t beat it up or anything unnecessary but I do track it. The car will hopefully see about 5-10 track days this season. I will definitely let you know how they hold up!

Thought I'd share this w/ yall, unplugged the 3 corner amber led's that were 'stuck' on, think it should be the same on the m3 lci's?

Got the red tire of death light on the dash and the OMG pull over we’re all going to die message. Stopped at the gas station- 33 psi. WTF? How about a yellow tire pressure light?

I always assumed it was programmed for folks who drive the hell out of these cars. If it was less suggestive, we might drive through it at high speeds. Especially you forced induction folks.
