Haha. Definitely professional setup!

Hahaha it's definitely not cheap but when you have to do 5+ setdowns during a practice or race day it pays for itself.
Random question of the day- who is the guy that blew up his car at Laguna Seca running valves closed on the valves exhaust?
Bad ass!

Those are the same guys that have Drenth kits on SYVEC standalone.

Ordered! I’ll share what’s included when I have it in hand.

You dropped in to their Drenth / SYVEC package?! Damn yea.

Um dreams… No the 5-bar pre oil system.

You already know what’s included with that package! I’m expecting you to be next there.

Ordered from where? I looked online but can't find it and am interested in reading more about it.

Gareth of Howell Engineering, I can connect you offline if you would like.

$36-50k ish all in, everything you need. I can send you the spreadsheet if interested.
I think this is the year I get camber plates + springs. Does anyone know which springs and plates play nice with the EDC Sachs dampers? Was thinking vorschlag + h & r race springs.
Anyone familiar with wing logic wings? https://wing-logic.com/product/65in-racing-wing/ Seems super cheap. Wholesaler sent me one by mistake and is offering to let me keep it around 40% off retail. Seems so cheap that it can’t hurt to keep, but also too cheap.

Edit — all I had to do was … read. Looks like there’s a decent amount of assembly involved (including needing to tig weld the mounts onto the element), and you still need risers. But could be interesting.

pretty standard 'extruded' aluminum foil. seems to be a DIY kit like you mentioned, I'm pretty sure this is the supplier for 9L.
so i ended up keeping the wing, and sold my GT4 wing because i'm an idiot.

is the inside lip of the rear fenders where it meets the trunk a strong enough area for a swan mount? These wings don't have a predefined mount point, you just tig weld it wherever you want, so I'm just going to get a custom mount made at sendcutsend. i've seen a bunch of people place mounts there and notch the trunk lid, just making sure i'm not missing something.

Yes it is more than strong enough. My new zebulon mounts this way. It uses the mounts for the trunk hinges and then you just make up quick release mounts for the trunk.

yep, just use the trunk hinge area, it's plenty strong.

Guys,
I'm getting ready to install my first set of coilovers. What are some costs you've seen regarding alignment/corner balancing?

FWIW, i'm in NorCal.

Thanks,
Steve
What’s everyone’s consensus on ride height? From what I’m reading, it’s not part of the discussion when everyone talks about their track alignment.
Barry from 3DM (Ohlins) gave me some recommended alignment settings, but no ride height numbers.

BTW, I found a shop in Rancho Cordova (Valley Motorwerks), that appears to be a race shop disguised as a BMW service center. They quoted me $600 for alignment/corner balance.
